Long before Talent Edit Group existed, I was known for building teams that performed, coaching talent to their potential, and creating environments where people felt supported and seen. As a department manager and brand leader, I learned how to connect with both sides of the beauty business. Brands trusted me to hire and develop strong talent and talent trusted me to guide them toward success. That foundation is the reason Talent Edit Group exists today.

After more than 25 years leading teams across retail, education, and sales in the beauty industry, I started Talent Edit Group to connect standout brands with top-tier freelance talent. I’ve worked for some of the most respected names in beauty including MAC, Sephora, Makeup by Mario, NARS, Bloomingdale’s, Neiman Marcus, and SACHAJUAN across national sales, e-commerce, and field leadership roles.

I’ve been a store manager, a trainer, an executive, a cosmetics manager, a sales director, and a strategist. I know what it takes to succeed on the sales floor and behind the scenes. I’ve hired more than 500 people in my career and have a proven track record of building stellar selling teams that deliver results.
